Screen printing

We have multiple manual and automatic equipment that can produce over 500 pieces per hour.  We can screen print up to an eight-color design.  We will not print supplied garments.  Prices are determined by the quantity of pieces ordered. 

Artwork

• We use Adobe Illustrator to creat your designs.
• Multi-color artwork should be in EPS or AI (outline) formats and should be created using RGB (spot colors), not CMYK colors.
• One-color artwork can be submitted in EPS, PDF, or DOC files.
• JPEGs are not acceptable; bitmap images are not recommended.
• Half-tones (shades of colors) should be 45-line.
• Clipart and special fonts can be used if they are in outline (vectorized) form.
• Submitted artwork should be close to the approximate size image to be printed.  Business cards enlarged for a full back print is not acceptable. 
• Actual size will be determined by LGI.

Embroidery

We use the most up-to-date embroidery software & equipment to embroider a single, one-color name or several thousand pieces of a multi-color company logo. We have thousands of embroidery designs from which to choose, or our in-house digitizers can reproduce your personal logos.  There is a one-time digitizing fee to create your logo, usually costing between $35 and $110.  Price is determined by the detail and stitch count of your logo. 

Heat Transfer

We can personalize garments with heat transfer letters and numbers.
